About Sister Bay Furniture Manufacturing Plant
Sister Bay Furniture operates from Sussex, Wisconsin, where it maintains both a commercial manufacturing facility and a retail showroom on Executive Drive. The company, doing business as Sister Bay Furniture Company, produces outdoor furniture for commercial and residential markets. No founding year or ownership structure is disclosed on its website. The manufacturer fabricates outdoor seating, dining, and occasional tables using recycled plastic lumber in smooth-grain and wood-grain finishes, complemented by aluminum frames and hardware that may be sourced globally. Its product lines span traditional and counter-height dining, Adirondack chairs, deep-seating lounges, modular seating, benches, and accent tables. The site highlights consult-driven design collaboration and 3D site planning as core services, allowing clients to visualize projects before production. Facility size, headcount, and annual volume are not published. Sister Bay serves the contract and hospitality sectors—restaurants, hotels, and public venues—as well as individual homeowners through its retail operation. The website references a “By” section but does not name specific clients. Commercial collections are marketed for all-season durability, fade resistance, and low maintenance, while residential offerings mirror the same material palette. The company emphasizes its use of purest-grade recycled plastic, UV-inhibitor technology for color retention, and thicker structural profiles as differentiators. It promotes a “Built Different” philosophy centered on commercial-grade quality, sustainability, and domestic manufacturing, noting that select aluminum components may originate outside the United States.
