About Best Craft Furniture, Inc.
Best Craft Furniture, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. The company remains family-owned and operated, having grown from an initial team of five to more than 65 employees working in a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. The firm specializes in bench-made residential furniture, including living room, dining room, bedroom, and outdoor pieces. Each item is assembled by a single craftsman who oversees frame building, upholstery, and final inspection, with over 300 mill-tested fabric options available for customization. Fabric selections are chosen for both performance and aesthetics, and the company maintains minimal backorders on its fabric inventory. Best Craft serves the home furnishings market, selling directly to consumers through its own retail locations in Kaukauna and Mountain, Wisconsin, and shipping custom orders on company-owned trucks to ensure condition. The direct-delivery model is designed to protect quality from the factory door to the customer’s home. The company emphasizes its "Bench Made" approach—where one individual takes responsibility for the entire build—as a differentiator that ensures quality accountability from component to finished product.
