About Four Fields Furniture
Four Fields Furniture operates from West St. Paul, Minnesota, in the Twin Cities metro area. Bischoff, a craftsman, started building pieces by hand for local clients, emphasizing solid hardwoods and steel accents. The shop produces made-to-order hardwood furniture, specializing in dining tables (including live-edge slab designs), coffee tables, side tables, desks, entryway benches, sideboards, bookshelves, and wood-and-steel combinations. It also builds custom religious items such as kneelers, altars, and credence tables, and offers professional table refinishing. Four Fields serves residential customers throughout the Twin Cities, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs. Its clientele consists primarily of homeowners seeking custom pieces for their homes, with the company noting trust from "Twin Cities families" and over 100 five-star Google reviews. Delivery and setup are provided across the metro area. The company distinguishes itself through handcrafted construction, attention to detail, and a design process that tailors each piece to the client's space and style. Bischoff cites honest communication, the use of premium domestic hardwoods (walnut, oak, cherry, maple, ash, mahogany, parota) and in-house steel bases, and a 50% deposit/50% completion payment structure as part of its approach. The shop also extends the life of existing furniture through refinishing services.
