About Miami Woodworking Inc

Miami Woodworking has operated in Lebanon, Ohio for nearly 30 years. The business was founded by Ken and his wife Phyllis, whose warmth and care became the foundation of the company. The shop is identified as a family-owned woodworking shop, and Phyllis’s legacy is highlighted as a guiding influence. The company functions as a full custom woodworking shop, providing design, fabrication, and installation services. Its capabilities include custom cabinetry for kitchens and baths, built-in bookcases and media walls, wine cellars and racks, distressed timber beams and mantels, entertainment centers, and exotic solid-wood bar tops and countertops. All work is produced in their Lebanon facility, and the firm emphasizes a start-to-finish design process that covers planning, measuring, material selection, and project completion. Typical projects include built-in mud benches, home offices, and architectural woodwork for entire homes. The firm distinguishes itself by positioning its service as an alternative to big-box retailers, stating that custom woodworking is its sole focus. It promotes a designer-led approach where a single point of contact manages the project from concept to installation, and it cites nearly three decades of experience in architectural woodwork as a mark of reliability.
