About Oregon log furniture
Oregon Log Furniture operates from Damascus, Oregon, as a small family-owned workshop specializing in custom handmade log furniture. The company does not publish a founding year, but its history emphasizes hand-selected logs and personal craftsmanship. The shop produces log bed frames in twin, full, queen, and king sizes, along with rocking chairs and a bed collection featuring styles such as Lake and Wild Wild West. Beyond furniture, it offers custom lumber, railings, and log accents for indoor and outdoor use. Each log is personally chosen for character and strength, then crafted and sealed for lifetime durability. The operation runs by appointment only from a Damascus showroom. Customers include homeowners furnishing residences, cabins, and lodges, as well as individuals seeking raw timber for personal projects. The business distinguishes itself through four stated pillars: hand selection of every log, custom building to client specifications, a sealing process intended to protect pieces for life, and direct craftsman-to-customer service without a call center. These elements reflect its origin as a family operation focused on personal attention.
