About Wisconsin Log Furniture and Railings
Wisconsin Log Furniture and Railings operates from Wausaukee, Wisconsin. The business traces its roots to 2014 when the founder built a log chaise lounge chair, sparking a passion for rustic woodworking. The current name was adopted in 2019, and the company remains a family-owned operation. The shop produces custom rustic furniture and log railings, all handmade from locally sourced white cedar, aspen, hickory, and barnwood. Offerings include indoor and outdoor furniture collections, cedar log railings with options such as metal spindles, rustic metal panels, and stainless-steel cable, as well as white cedar shutters. Each piece is built to order in a Northeast Wisconsin workshop, with no two items identical due to the natural character of the logs. Customers span the United States, including homeowners furnishing cabins and primary residences, hospitality operators outfitting Airbnb and vacation rental properties, and commercial clients seeking rustic fixtures for lodges and retail spaces. The Durango Bedroom Collection, blending aspen and barnwood, is marketed directly to these segments. The company emphasizes sustainably harvested white cedar obtained from local foresters within hours of the shop. A craftsmanship guarantee promises continued collaboration until the client is satisfied, reflecting the founder's original goal of creating unique, durable pieces that last for years.
